All changes that take place when the VM is running are written to redo log files that are stored on the datastore selected in the virtual lab settings. When the recovery process is complete, the redo logs are removed.
The answer is correct, by default the logs are stored in the vPower NFS folder. This write cache is an option in the virtual lab settings to specify a datastore, but it not required.
The correct answer is E. "All changes that take place when the VM is running are written to redo log files that are stored on the datastore selected in the virtual lab settings." (https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backup/vsphere/surebackup_hiw.html?ver=95u4).
