IPSec connections are only good for about 4-5gb throughout, if you want more you need Direct Connect

I'm going with A. The question is confusing, but this verbiage in the VMware docs "When a customer requires connectivity to an SDDC and does not have an AWS Direct Connect (DX) in the desired region, but has reliable Internet." Confirms it's not Direct Connect.
