Actually, the Management Domain has a dedicated NSX Manager cluster, thus it cannot be shared with other Workload Domains. Now, the first VI Workload Domain is supported by a new NSX Manager cluster (different from the Management Domain's NSX Manager cluster), subsequent VI Workload Domains can share the first VI Workload Domain's NSX Manager cluster, or, they can use a new and dedicated NSX Manager cluster. -YoMeroTuCompañero

Dude, get your hands over a VCF environment before posting BS. A NSX-T instance can actually be shared between different VI Workload Domains. Right answer is B.
