I found the clarification requested by MoD among the possible answers given. I think this might be the point of the question if this is identical to a question on the exam. They likely want that little bit of confusion to trip you up if you don't know all of the pieces of the answer.

This question needs more clarification on "total items". Is it asking total items per library or total library items per vCenter. See vCenter 6.5 stats below. Total items per library 1000 Total content library items per VC (across all libraries) 2000 Source: configmax.vmware.com
