Correct answer is D - but in the latest update it is not myvmware.com rather.. vmware customer connect, but any how it is auto redirected. Download the most recent version of the Bundle Transfer Utility on a computer with internet access. Log in to VMware Customer Connect and browse to the Download VMware Cloud Foundation page.
