kubectl is used for "general" Kubernetes management, but tanzu CLI is specifically designed to interact with VMware Tanzu Mission Control and other Tanzu products
Changing my answer to D. Based on this document: https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/vmware-tanzu/standalone-components/tanzu-mission-control/saas/tanzu-mission-control-documentation/tanzumc-using-GUID-D85335D2-1430-4662-ABF6-722B7C6276FA.html
I can see in vSphere TMC it asks for the registration URL. This is essentially the same thing being done from CLI using kubectl in the above article. I do not see a `register` option when running `tanzu cluster` from command-line
kubectl is the command-line tool for interacting with the Kubernetes API, allowing you to manage and control Kubernetes clusters by deploying applications, managing resources, and viewing logs.
B.
As per chatGPt: kubectl is used briefly to apply the manifest, but Tanzu CLI and Tanzu Mission Control Web UI are the main tools for the attachment process itself.
