A should be the answer, Spine leaf architecture doesnt run loop prevention protocol.

Sorry I meant to say, Spine leaf does require loop free prevention protocols, such as MLAG/VPC based on LACP for L2SL and ECMP based on BGP/OSPF for L3SL...So D is correct answer...

Spine/leaf architecture does run loop free protocols, such as MLAG/VPC for L2SP (L2 Spine Leaf) or ECMP for L3SP....So A is correct answer...

NSX doesn't care what is underlying topology. It just need connectivity for its functioning. Spine-leaf is based on Layer 3 , so usual layer 2 loop prevention protocols doesn't apply and are not needed. Layer 3 prevents loops using split horizon. Also, it is dependent what routing protocol you're using. Leaf and spine topology either utilizes IS-IS or BGP routing protocols which have their own loop prevention mechanism.
