An administrator needs to add a new cluster to an existing VI workload domain. The existing cluster in the domain is using NFS as its principal storage. Which principal storage options are available for the new cluster?
For the management domain, all vSphere clusters must use vSAN for principal storage. For VI workload domains, vSphere clusters can use vSAN, NFS, VMFS on FC, or vVols for principal storage. If a VI workload domain has multiple clusters, each cluster can use a different type of principal storage, as long as all hosts within a vSphere cluster use the same type.
When you create a VI workload domain or add a cluster to a workload domain in SDDC Manager, you must select the initial shared storage type. This initial shared storage type is known as principal storage. Once created, the principal storage type for a cluster cannot be changed. However, a VI workload domain can include multiple clusters with unique principal storage types.
In VMware Cloud Foundation, a VI workload domain is tied to a single “principal” storage type. Once you create (or expand) a domain using a particular storage protocol—such as NFS—all additional clusters in that same domain must also use the same principal storage type. You cannot mix vSAN, FC, or vVol in a domain whose principal storage is already NFS.
Hence, if the existing cluster in the domain uses NFS as the principal storage, the only available option for new clusters in that domain is: NFS Only
Have you tested that ? Because in official documentation i found that :

D is the correct answer.
