Theres no mention of iSCSI anywhere in the summary, so without explicility being called out, its not a valid use case. There is also no budget mentioned for disks to build vSAN or licensing costs for vSAN. This leaves the existing FC as the best path forward.

vSAN makes most sense. vSphere team will manage it, budget is only for new servers and switches. Can still utilize the existing iSCSI array. Correct answer is D

I would say ISCSI makes the least sense. There is already HBA's, Fabric and SAN and an existing admin to manage it, seems like C Fiber is the selection.
