D. OpenID Provider. vIDM (VMware Identity Manager) is an identity management solution that can act as an OpenID Connect (OIDC) provider. As an OIDC provider, vIDM can issue tokens to authenticate users and provide their identity information to relying parties. In an OIDC authentication flow, the OpenID provider is responsible for authenticating the user and issuing an ID token that contains the user's identity information.
