Given answer is correct. D is incorrect because the lowest RTO isn't what the question is asking C is incorrect for the same reason, they're not looking for a 15 min RTO. Besides, a 15 min replication interval would infer they're looking for an RPO which they're not in the statement. B could be correct but the compliance needs aren't met, so this is also incorrect. A is the only possible correct answer now :)
