A. is wrong. The Level of service provided by VMware and AWS ist defined in the MSP Program C. is wrong. Only VMware has access to AWS Support. MSPs have to contact VMware Support Correct Answers are B. In MSP Program the MSP provides Support to the customer and could escalate to VMware D. CPH assists providers deliver and manage VMC and marketplace service... (Session 10 Slide 8)

I think B & C are correct. C is correct because MSP needs its own AWS account anyway.

I agree with you. Typically an MSP should have his own AWS Account, but for supporting the underlying VMC hardware platform this is not the appropriate account. VMware is responsible for the VMC infrastructure.(Session 3 Slide 18 "Management and Operational Responsibilities") Amazon for for Hardware and VPC.
