The correct answer should be D. The questions mentions DRaaS which is a Combination of SRM and vSphere Replication. vSphere Replication cannot replicate virtual machines that have fault tolerance enabled. https://docs.vmware.com/en/vSphere-Replication/8.1/vsphere-replication-81-admin.pdf Page: 21

A. is wrong. vSphere FT is syncronous VM mirroring and needs a very high Networkbandwith >=1GB/s therefore it is a availability Solution and not for DR B. is wrong. Physical RDMs require access at Hypervisor Storage level which is not possible. C. ? DP-I/O for network devices may be OK but not sure. D. is correct. There are limits in place but i assume that 16vCPUs would be OK

Update: FT is kind of supported. During migration FT has to be disabled
