My opinion is Answer D supersede A. I might be wrong but I strongly believe B & D is best suit for this question

I think this is A & D. The PSC is external, and it is that component that joins the domain, not the VC itself. https://www.vembu.com/blog/active-directory-authentication-vsphere-6-7-update-1/
