I would go for B:in hybrid 2 node cluster as this will allow reads to be done on both node

In a vSAN 2 Node Clusters, 100% of reads, occur in the site the VM resides on. This aligns with the behavior of vSAN Stretched Clusters. Read locality overrides the NumberOfFailuresToTolerate=1 policy’s behavior to distribute reads across the components.
This is not significant to consider in All-Flash configurations, but should be considered in Hybrid vSAN configurations.
...
Not only does this help in the event of a virtual machine moving across hosts, which would require cache to be rewarmed, but it also allows reads to occur across both mirrors, distributing the load more evenly across both hosts.
I feel a bit lost to be honest, but I think it's B and not D.

Thanks @manooflon.
i'll go for the B also, in hybrid we use cache also for reading, in all flash only for writting so hybrid will get more advantage on that configuration
