I also did check this in our lab vSAN cluster.
Check at this time in my LAB Infrastructure.
In the Host Performance Charts: Host -> Monitor -> vSAN -> Performance -> Disks I got the Metric Write Buffer Read IOPS
So Answer A should be correct.
