I can confirm that https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2144493 quoting: Write Buffer Free Percentage: This graph shows vSAN disk group (cache tier disk) Write Buffer free percentage. I also did check this in our lab vSAN cluster.

Write buffer is per host so it has to be under host not cluster

Check at this time in my LAB Infrastructure. In the Host Performance Charts: Host -> Monitor -> vSAN -> Performance -> Disks I got the Metric Write Buffer Read IOPS So Answer A should be correct.
