It's B. Select the: Read Issue and Manage Certificates the Request Certificates checkboxes to assign permissions to the service account.

I would think it is B per the following: Select the Read, the Issue and Manage Certificates, and the Request Certificates check boxes to assign permissions to the service account. They should not need to Manage CA
