The licencing changed with 6.7 so now C is now the only correct option. I presume this question was either written ahead of this with insider knowledge? the right answer is C not B because for raid 5 you can use advanced license

RAID-5 is not included in the standard VSAN license, you need either Advanced or Enterprise license - see p.4 in the licensing guide: https://www.vmware.com/content/dam/digitalmarketing/vmware/en/pdf/products/vsan/vmware-vsan-66-licensing-guide.pdf
