B & C B motivation already given. C because dedupe and compression is enabled/disabled at the vsan cluster configuration level and not in a storage policy.

Duplication and compression require an all flash array only. There is no reason you cannot have this with three hosts and a raid 1 policy. B and C are both valid.

having multiple disk groups per host does not save you when the whole host fails - the question mentions host failure not disk group failure.
