I would also vote for BEFG. If your SDDC Manager appliance does not have a connection to the internet, you can run the Async Patch Tool from a computer that does. Download an async patch, copy the patch and the Async Patch Tool to the SDDC Manager appliance, and enable the patch. You can then use the SDDC Manager UI to apply the patch to all workload domains. https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/vmware-cis/vcf/vcf-5-2-and-earlier/5-2/ap-tool-5-2/apply-an-async-patch-to-vmware-cloud-foundation-in-offline-mode.html

B. Download the bundles You must first obtain the async patch bundles from VMware Customer Connect or another authorized source. These are not available via automatic sync and must be manually downloaded. G. Upload the bundles to SDDC Manager Use the Async Patch CLI Tool to upload the downloaded bundles to SDDC Manager. This makes them available for further processing and application. E. Enable the bundles After uploading, you must enable the patch bundle in the SDDC Manager database. This marks it as eligible for application. D. Apply the patches directly through the Async Patch CLI Tool Unlike normal lifecycle patches, async patches must be applied using the CLI, not the GUI. The tool applies patches outside the regular LCM workflow.

If your SDDC Manager appliance has a connection to the internet (either directly or through a proxy server), you can run the Async Patch Tool from the SDDC Manager appliance to download and enable an async patch. Once the patch is successfully enabled, you can use the SDDC Manager UI to apply the patch to all workload domains. Should F is one of the answer ? https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/vmware-cis/vcf/vcf-5-2-and-earlier/5-2/ap-tool-5-2/apply-an-async-patch-to-vmware-cloud-foundation-in-online-mode.html

Async patches cannot be applied via GUI — only via the Async Patch CLI Tool
