The correct answer is "B. Update the Product Support Pack to the correct version." The Product Support Pack is the metadata that gives Aria LCM the knowledge to know what version of the various Aria products are compatible with each other and the mapping to the install/upgrade binaries that the LCM administrator has uploaded to the appliance, hence the "MAPPING" keyword in the error code.
