B is correct answer... logging option on DFW rule is default disabled

Yes. Its B. There's no setting for enable logging on the edge. But on the DFW rule or policy we can enable or disable logging.

You can only set up syslog globally in node profile. But in the question was problem only DFW logs. Not from all services.
