A is correct, VDS is configured at Datacenter level. B,C,D are available in VSS as well. E. States that the port associated with the VM migrates to the new host along with the VM. With a VSS the port binding is removed (as VSS is local to each host) and when the VM is on its new host a new port binding is created with the local VSS. As a VDS is distributed across all hosts, there is no need to remove and recreate a binding.
