B,C,D are available in VSS as well.
E. States that the port associated with the VM migrates to the new host along with the VM. With a VSS the port binding is removed (as VSS is local to each host) and when the VM is on its new host a new port binding is created with the local VSS. As a VDS is distributed across all hosts, there is no need to remove and recreate a binding.
