Correct Answer is C as its the network health check and not vSphere health check here on VDS.

I prefer answer "C". Answer "B" is really not fair if they really meant "vSphere Distributed Switch Health Check" (a.k.a. Network Health Check). https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2034795
