So, to clear this big discussion. I passed the exam today, and the question had (Choose two.) at the end which isn't written here. So there are 2 answers. I got 489/500 so I dont know if maybe I answer this question wrong. My answer was AB

A and B, the cache and storage tiers are not 2 options, they are a combined option and results in either a Hybrid or All Flash, and since you cannot have more than 1 SSD for the cache tiers options C and D are invalid.

Answer is A & B. Select the host and click Create disk group. Then select the flash device to be used for cache. Then select the type of capacity disks to use, depending on the type of disk group you want to create (HDD for hybrid or Flash for all-flash). You must use 1 flash (SSD) for the cache, and 1 SSD or HDD for the capacity. https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/6.7/com.vmware.vsphere.virtualsan.doc/GUID-AF66835C-4D85-4345-8C20-8BBF2AC001DF.html

1 SSD for caching tier and 1 SSD or HDD for capacity so I am confident the answer is A and B - taking test now - Confirmed - Choose two.
