I think it's C and E cause vSphere FT provides no-downtime switching.

It should be C and E, Fault tolerance does not need restart.

B & E are correct When host failed in Cluster, HA reboot the VM or VMs and with vMotion migrate all of those to the other ESX Host.

Fault Tolerance does not need restart vMotion too. So C & E.
