Correct Answer is B You attach the Host or Cluster to the Host Profile, but the awnser "each Host" is not a option. Reference: https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/6.7/com.vmware.vsphere.hostprofiles.doc/GUID-09C00374-53C3-41D5-97E9-636325CD4991.html

Host profile can be applied to each Host or Cluster. If no cluster, Profile needs to be applied at individual host level.
