B & D are correct (LACP Advantages - Single VM can, in theory, handle higher traffic then single physical NIC because of load-balancing algorithm) Note: Question refers to a single VM.

Answer is C and D. https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/6.7/com.vmware.vsphere.networking.doc/GUID-8E957535-7969-4E12-BD11-DF746D6D5379.html

After some thought, I agree on "C & D"; LACP could in theory provide higher bandwidth but it isn't guaranteed; The answer "D" should really be "Configure Network Resource Pools"; So using both dVS network resource pools along with configured shares/reservations/limits will guarantee a VM highest networking bandwidth. https://www.vcdx200.com/2017/12/vsphere-switch-independent-teaming-or.html
