The correct answer is D & E + You cannot update a storage provider and manually configure shares or limits. So, (A) is out of the questions as it asks you to pick two answers. + Select a VM storage policy from the drop-down menu. If you select a storage policy, do not manually configure Shares and Limit - IOPS. + https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/7.0/com.vmware.vsphere.resmgmt.doc/GUID-25C3D9FE-3A9D-4739-AC75-16A9E0A3D9F0.html

This question is asking how to improve the performance of the cache server, so we have not to put any limits on it.

I don't see how the path selection policy or a claim rule would be of any use in this situation. The data is still going to need a path to take regardless. This question is asking about the cache server and how to improve it's performance, so I wouldn't want to put any limits on it. If I was going to put any limits, they would be on the other VMs and that isn't what this question is asking. That leaves you with A & D.

VMware vSphere provides mechanisms to dynamically allocate storage I/O resources, allowing critical workloads to maintain their performance even during peak load periods when there is contention for I/O resources. The storage I/O resources available to an ESXi host can be allocated to that host’s virtual disks by setting disk Shares or Limits. To set Shares or Limits, from the vSphere Client right-click a virtual machine, select Edit Settings, choose the Virtual Hardware tab, expand Hard disk 1 (or whichever hard disk you want to configure), then set the Shares or Limit - IOPs to the desired value.
