Correct answer is D. "If you move an alarm into a Suppressed state, you are prompted to specify the duration in hours. After the specified duration passes, the alarm state reverts to Open. However, if the system determines the condition has been corrected, the alarm state changes to Resolved." https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-NSX-T-Data-Center/3.0/administration/GUID-EB1BB1D3-8892-4890-BE74-EF43CFC75F19.html

Answer is D. Suppress an alarm for a specific duration in hours. If the alarm is automatically resolved while the alarm is in the Suppress state in the UI, the alarm state does not change. After the Suppress duration in hours is complete, the system transitions the alarm to the Open or Resolved state based on the alarm active state.

D is correct. When you suppress an alarm, you are prompted to specify how many hours you want the alarm suppressed. If after the specified suppress time has been reached and the alarm condition remains the same, the alarm's state is returned to the Open state. If during the suppress period the alarm's condition is resolved, the system automatically changes the alarm's state to Resolved.
