In Version 3.1.3.0.0.18328989 the command get host-switch <host-switch-name> tunnels does'n exist. B is a posible answer

No, You are wrong. "Get host-switch" command is still exist at esxi which need use "nsxcli" command to enter NSX commandline at ESXi. A is correct please DO NOT provide wrong information if you don't familiar with NSX-T
