A,D are correct. https://theoverlays.com/2018/12/19/nsx-t-logical-routers/ has a good explanation in the two-tier topology section. If you're curious about the order of it with router type_tier#...see NXS-T Data Center Admin Guide 3.2, page 1203 using the get logical-routers command. That shows the output and format of the output.
