B&D are correct. From ICM manual:
A firewall rule includes parameters such as source, destination, service, profile, applied to, and logging, and defines which action should be taken on a rule match.
Applied To: Defines the scope of the rule. It can be the full DFW or a specific security group.
A voting comment increases the vote count for the chosen answer by one.
Upvoting a comment with a selected answer will also increase the vote count towards that answer by one.
So if you see a comment that you already agree with, you can upvote it instead of posting a new comment.
