C,E are correct In the OAuth Client ID and OAuth Client Secret text boxes, you enter the client ID and shared secret that you generated when you created the OAuth client for NSX-T Data Center in VMware Identity Manager. In the SSL Thumbprint text box, you enter the SHA-256 certificate thumbprint value that you generated from the VMware Identity Manager appliance command line. The value entered in the NSX Appliance text box must be used to access NSX Manager after the integration. If you enter the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of NSX Manager and try to access the appliance through its IP address, the authentication fails. [taken from NSX-T 3.0 ICM lecture manual, p.680]

After both NSX-T Data Center and VMware Identity Manager appliances are deployed and configured, you can integrate these components: 1. Create an OAuth client for NSX-T Data Center in VMware Identity Manager. 2. Obtain the SHA-256 certificate thumbprint for the VMware Identity Manager appliance. 3. Configure the VMware Identity Manager details in NSX-T Data Center.
