It's A. If the cloud account already exists, you get a short error messaging stating "cloud account already exists with this identifier". Can't use https:// in the name

A for sure. Can't enter a URL when FQDN or IP are wanted. Also says invalid hostname

Correct is A . In error it is mentioned that invalid hostname . While adding vCenter as cloud account either FQDN or IP is acceptable . URL is not acceptable .
