Answer is C. Placement Policy in a Cloud Zone Apply one of the following placement strategies: DEFAULT - Place compute resources on random hosts. BINPACK - Will place computes on the most loaded host that still has enough resources to run the given compute. SPREAD - Will attempt to spread computes evenly across hosts.

Change the placement policy to spread is needed to accomplish this. Placement policy configuration is available in cloud account hence answer is C
