Possibly D, if they are talking about Custom Baselines - which you export to GPO. I have never seen the ability to use any of the other settings.

At a push this is B. C is utterly meaningless. "The Custom Settings payload provides a way to use newly released Windows functionality in Workspace ONE UEM.
