I agree with A & E as it is asking about the deployment and not a resource selected on the design canvas.. as both have different actions available.

i believe b and enus a correct answer. By default lease period is unlimited, except when you configure it. hence resize deployment or power off seems ok

B option is also correct so ABE is correct answer ... may be question should be what action cannot be performed
