I think AE A : to replicate VMs on second site E : to move compute for those VMs on second site

A and E. A - This is the only policy running the VMs unprotected in DC1, so you'd want to change it to be mirrored to the other site. E - You could always have DRS push the workload to DC2.

I also think A,E D - wrong as no dual site replication is set up B - wrong but promissig - should rule will not ensure that VMs are working on secondary site C- wrong Policy is enforcing worklads to run in primary only and we dont want this.
