B is correct but it was never released under this name. As Mightybob said - it's called Digital Badge.

I can't find any official documentation that calls it a "Hub Passport", only this article from an external source - https://www.zdnet.com/article/vmware-updates-workspace-one-with-capabilities-for-new-hires/#:~:text=The%20Intelligent%20Hub%20will%20offer,employee's%20identity%20and%20access%20allowances. The proper name is called a "Digital Badge Service" per this official documentation - https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Workspace-ONE/services/intelligent-hub_IDM/GUID-662F8F84-F589-469F-A99C-53CC8B6EFB60.html Be mindful of this name just in case.
