Agree with A. VVOLs rely on VASA and vCenter, so putting those on a VVOLs could be catastrofic if any of the components fail

The answer is D - You should not run VASA Provider on a VVOL datastore. Any management operation, including powering on a virtual machine that is on a VVOL, requires that VASA Provider be running.
