I'd say B and C. Having only one HBA is a risk (single point of failure); Having to use Blade servers is a constraint as it limits the design choices

assumption = something that you accept as true without question or proof. If the customer has already passed on this information, you must incorporate it into your design. The risk has already been absorbed by the customer. I go from A and C.

The assumption is something that not been identified, are considered to be true. The info provided is settled down, no need for validation for the further design process. As part of the design process, assumptions should be documented and then proven or disproven
