Correct answer for the exam is D (arrow should link the PSCs, but still). Correct real-life deployment since 6.5 U2 and definitely for 6.7: C

Seems the exam is based on 6.5u1 and ELM with Embedded PSC was only introduced with 6.5u2, so based on that D Would be correct, whereby you would need external PSCs in order to enable ELM and view both sites from either vCenter.
