answer is B. If VMCA assigns certificates to your ESXi hosts (6.0 and later), you can renew those certificates from the vSphere Client. You can also refresh all certificates from the TRUSTED_ROOTS store associated with vCenter Server. for cert not from vmware.. of course need more work..

Correct answer is Guest OS-based software clustering. FT supports only up to 4 vCPU in 6.5 (6.7 increases that to 8vCPU). All other options don't provide continuous availability
