D Although snapshots of virtual RDM are supported, snapshots of WSFC are not, as per KB 2147661. Snapshots of SQL AG are also documented on the Storage Hub https://storagehub.vmware.com/t/vmware-vsan/microsoft-sql-server-on-vmware-vsan-day-2-operations-and-management/vm-level-snapshot-clone-alwayson-availability-groups-enabled-validation/

Initially I thought A is the correct, but Windows Clusters support only virtual RDM. So D is the correct answer.
