A - VMware B - VMware C - AWS D - Customer Poor question imo. It's definetly C and probably B is the better choice than A. The question should really state "responsibility of VMware personnel?" (as per the VMware sample exam in Question 10) https://vmc.techzone.vmware.com/vmcrf/vmcaws-shared-responsibility-model#shared-responsibility-matrix

one option is missing from the actual exam E Patches BIOS and firmware which is correct so final answer should be C and E

it make sense - in all VMware exams, when you have '(choose two)' you always have 5 options.
