C and E - you can use self signed certificates, even if thats not best practice

Selected Answer: CE
Certificate Authority (CA)-signed certificate -> Only best practice, but not required. Upgrading the existing vRealize Suite LCM -> Will be deployed along with vRA or reused. But upgrade is not required. Configured load balancers -> Not required for a small standalone deployment of vRA C & E are the must haves for deploying vRA.
