DRAG DROP - The virtualization of physical resources after installation of a hypervisor follows a specific procedure. Drag and drop the procedural steps on the left into the correct sequential order on the right. Select and Place:
When you install the ESXi, for example, first it takes control of the server resources, then after installing the ESXi it transforms them into virtual resources, and then at the end you work with the VMs, first defining the operating system to be installed and lastly you install the OS.
So the correct order is:
1 - The hypervisor takes control of the
physical resources of the host
2 - The hypervisor abstracts the physical
resources into virtual hardware
3 - Create a VM and specify the required
hardware to run a specific OS
4 - Install a guest operating system inside the
VM, as done on a physical computer
As the hypervisor is already installed the steps should be:
1. Create VM ...
2. Install OS ...
3. Hypervisor abstracts physical resources
4. Hypervisor takes control
(I'm not quit sure of sequence 3, 4 or 4, 3)
I think it should be
1 - Create a VM and specify the required
hardware to run a specific OS
2 - Install a guest operating system inside the
VM, as done on a physical computer
3 - The hypervisor takes control of the
physical resources of the host
4 - The hypervisor abstracts the physical
resources into virtual hardware

I would say:
1 - Create a VM and specify the required
hardware to run a specific OS
2 - The hypervisor abstracts the physical
resources into virtual hardware
3 - The hypervisor takes control of the
physical resources of the host
4 - Install a guest operating system inside the
VM, as done on a physical computer
