It's important to understand Flavor Mappings in VRA. For Cloud Accounts, this will be the Cloud provider VM sizing, for example Amazon EC2 instances will have a flavor mapping to the instance type, eg t2.micro and so on. VSphere does not have "t2.micro" so we must instead choose CPU and Memory values. CPU or Memory alone is not correct. Also, we must remember that the disk size is not part of the Flavor Mapping... disk size is an attribute of the Image (Operating System) Mapping, not the Flavor Mapping! If we remember this then the question is simple.
