I Think it's A From the vRA ICM Course manual: 10-20 Custom Forms Service Broker offers the Custom Form feature to customize the input parameters that are offered to a user at the request time. Log in as the Service Broker administrator, navigate to Content & Policies > Content, and click Customize form.

Answer is A To create a custom form in Service Broker, select Content and Policies > Content. Click the vertical ellipsis to the left of the Development Template entry and click Customize form. Customize the input option. https://docs.vmware.com/en/vRealize-Automation/8.6/Using-and-Managing-Cloud-Assembly/GUID-3A721093-9648-45D2-BDEC-11E9F36833E4.html

A) Service Broker is correct. Go to Content and Policies -> Content and click on the three dots next to the template item and "select customize form". Select the input item and click values, from the drop down select External Sources.

I'm confused about this. A) Service Broker provides external information through connectivity to on-prem and Cloud providers. But the drop-down itself is in C) Cloud Assembly. You cannot edit the drop-down in Service Broker. Which is it?

Replying to my own comment now... I am more confident this is C), because you cannot create custom forms at all in Service Broker, and yet the question stipulates creating the custom form.
